Radio National Law Report InterviewHolocaust denier Fredrick Toben: free speech martyr or racist monster? Last week Toben was sentenced to jail for contempt of court. His crime? Repeatedly ignoring a 2002 court ruling that prohibited him from publishing his rants. If he's locked up it will be the first time anyone is jailed for contempt of court arising out of breaches of federal anti-vilification legislation.
